I agree addiction is much more complicated and requires a lifetime of dedication to overcome. However, none of you know personal circumstances or why people such as myself relapse. An at the end of the day if i went to a bar and say don't serve me im an alcoholic who is drunk, they would honour that, but when i say the same about gambling to sportsbet.one they make it extremely difficult as they want to profit of the vulnerable.

Regarding initial complaint - someone has a gambling addiction, so their compensation is open a new account and there's a €1000 bonus, as they know an addict will squander it. Its so unethical.

Then lately as I've gave evidence of, hundreds of emails and live chats asking for help and they ignore, or point to a system that doesn't work, even today Anthony admitted it wasn't working.

So, what they advertise as being responsible is lies. I've read in forums they've blocked people for creating multiple accounts, however, they instructed me (karen) to make a new account to receive a bonus after saying im an addict. An then say they can't close anyones account even after countless requests via email so it seems they can close accounts when its costing them but cant when they're profiting.

Regardless of peoples views on addiction, its a scummy way to operate a company and ill continue to share my evidence with others and let them make their own minds up on the situation.
