Rui Patrício the goalkeeper of Roma is about to leave the team. Back in 2021, he joined Roma from the Premier League and he had a good performance which made Mourinho to make him the first goalkeeper in the past when he was working in Roma.
But in the last season he didn't have the same good performance and Rui Patrício was not in a good situation in Roma and that's why he decided to leave.
Since his contract will expire in 2024, he is about to leave and choose his next team as a free agent.
In my opinion, Rui Patricio has run out of peak performance and now he has declined very far. We know that Rui Patricio has been Portugal's mainstay in major competitions in recent years, but now we can only see him as a bench warmer.
