The biggest problem that I can see with Chelsea is that they are changing the coaches like they are changing pages on Calendar. lol. 
Just give someone enough time at least. Another thing, I don’t know if someone else has noticed this or not, but Chelsea has been choosing coaches that doesn’t make sense. They probably had a chance to get Zidane or Luis Enrique when they got Graham Potter. So that decision did not make much sense to me. And every coach that comes in the managerial position of Chelsea starts to spend money like crazy.
I guess they have to do that because they need their own players according to their own tactics. But the problem is sometimes those expensive players do not perform at all. I really thought that when the last coach, Pochettino, was bringing in good results they were going to give him more time. What’s the point if you keep changing the coach by not even giving him one year?
In last two years, we are having too many changes with no one understand about Todd Boehly what he wants to do and what is his strategy to run this club, so things are taking changes like these, and we are losing too many coaches without any good improvement and wired thing happen as we have better results we have lost of best coach Pochettino which was doing good so now we are having new setup with new coach new players and things could be challenging as well. Now we are having too many new players with few top players are already in squad so how they will be handled this all it's also not clear because new coach bringing players from Leicester City where he spends last year and having good time so bringing these players surely bring few changes which will also have some impact on team performance which is also going to be not good deal.
