Sportbet.one you've conveniently left out the emails from Karen telling me to open up a new account for a bonus.
You've also left out 100s of requests and begging for yous to block the account which was also ignored and yous continued to allow deposits and allow me to play even when i made clear who i was and begged for account closure. As can be seen in previous evidence and more emails I've kept.
You said to me you cant close account for me, yet below is what yous have said to others. Yet because yous know I'm an addict yous allowed me to continue to deposit and wager all my wages and loans taken out even after i made yous aware how i was getting the money to gamble and it was destroying my life, yous still done nothing to help. No duty of care whatsoever. I get ive issues that I'm trying to combat, and even before i sent yous proof of this with a psychologist email for appointment for counselling because yous refused to believe me, again this is missing from what yous are producing.
Yous appear to pick and choose what action to take based on whats profitable, not whats advertised to be responsible by your website.

I might be wrong, given I have no comprehensive knowledge on how their self-exclusion works, but if I may infer from your multiple chat with their live support, when they say they can't process manual exclusion, they're saying they can't take action upon exclusion request made from chat and complaint email. They have a dedicated proper channel for that, and that's the only way self-exclusion will work.
