It cannot be said for sure which formation Real Madrid will play in the next season. Madrid are most likely to play in a 4-3-3 formation. Because perhaps Ancelotti is keen to keep Rodrygo in his attack. But we saw Rodrygo miss plenty of easy chances. So Ancelotti is also likely to develop his match strategy in a 4-4-2 formation.
These two formations are indeed the most possible but with a note where when Ancelotti wants a scheme that emphasizes winger then certainly 4-3-3 is an option where Vini, Mbappe and Rodrygo as a trio but with a note that if this formation is done then Jude's role is not as a second striker but an attacking midfielder like what he always did at Dortmund.
But it could also be a 4-2-2 or 4-3-1-2 formation which was Madrid's standard formation last season with Jude as second striker and 3 midfielders who could be filled by Camavinga, Tchouameni and Valverde but they must back up Rodrygo in this scheme.
Whatever Madrid do in terms of plans I think they will ultimately remain comfortable with what they do because this is precisely an advantage where all the schemes applied in the end can be dismantled easily according to Ancelotti's wishes, which will certainly make Madrid's attacks more varied and difficult to guess.
