Re: SCAM accusation against this Swaga

Thanks to the collaboration of a bitcointalk Staff team who are providing information such as their IP address, we will be able to track this person with authorities.

Out of curiosity, is this really true since I never saw moderator reveals a confidential information of any user here since forum moderator don’t moderate scam.

This is a serious claim, really for $500 will they provide information of one user, he mentioned a Bitcointalk staff member so it is from one staff alone and for $500 can he really go to the extend of going to court even if the accuse is coming from the other side of his world.

That sounds like rubbish to me. AFAIK only theymos and I think Cyrus have access to IPs, amb talking from memory so I might be wrong but I really doubt that any of the staff would handle IP addresses due to a $500 claim, even more when scams are not moderated on the forum.

I only see this happening to a legal requirement, which I doubt has arrive to theymos for this case.
