The club wants to get a trophy, whatever happens they have to be able to get the trophy. So, it is natural for the club to put targets and pressure on the Juventus coach so that they can win. After all, they are a big club with a history of winning lots of Serie A trophies. So it is normal that pressure is put on the coach, even though his status is a new coach (doesn't have expierience coached Juventus before) at the club.
Agree. Juventus must target to win the trophy, they won't target the same target as the last season. If they don't want to win the trophy, they won't change Allegri with Motta. Juventus management must expect to return the team to its best era, when they could win varied trophies. However, it is true that it won't be easy because it should take a process and Juventus must be ready to spend a lot of money for new players. Juventus needs to rebuild their team with more quality players.

Anyway, since Motta is a new coach, I'm not really sure he can be successful in his first season with Juventus. I am a bit confused why Juventus prefers to hire Motta over Conte. Although Motta was successful with Bologna, he still has no experience managing a big team and win some trophies. Meanwhile Conte already prove that he could win Serie A trophies many times.

Any big club will definitely target a title as their best achievement and that is Juventus' goal of making changes by changing coaches because Allegri has not met Juventus' expectations by giving trophies, but the question is, can the new coach immediately give trophies in his first season? I think this is quite a tough job compared to him coaching Bologna because the previous club did not have high expectations of winning the title while Juventus had high expectations of returning to its glory days by winning the Serie A title again.

I think Juventus wants to find new experiences with a coach they have never appointed. Antonio Conte has already coached Juventus and yes he has made several achievements, but it doesn't seem like it was by accident that Juventus didn't want to recruit Conte, it's just that they lost quickly to Napoli who made an offer to him first. coach so Juventus must look for another talented coach who is deemed capable. We must believe in Juventus' choice this time.
