I'm a fan of Madrid, so if Barcelona don't develop much it looks fun. Maybe there will be a lot of changes in dominance in La Liga later. But this condition certainly makes a lot of people sad because it may not be interesting if there is an El Classico match. The player registration also seemed to come from the young academy, so it didn't seem to be of great value. Indeed, the transfer market is still a long time, we seem to have to wait for Barcelona's management to take steps to overcome this problem.
Barcelona decline in performance is good news for Real Madrid fans because the team they support can win trophies more easily than expected. As is known, Barcelona is Real Madrid tough competitor in the competition for the La Liga trophy. The current conditions Barcelona is experiencing will mean that the team it supports will not face any obstacles in winning the title.
One of the bad effects of Barcelona current condition is that El Clasico is becoming less exciting because Real Madrid can dominate easily. Let's wait and see what will happen in the future, whether Barcelona will bring in quality players in the transfer market by using the money from the sale of several players or relying more on players from La Masia.
Barcelona doesn't seem to be making any big moves in the transfer market this time. But they have also managed to sell some of their young players but I don't think this will make Barcelona bring in high quality players who are quite expensive this season. Because the proceeds from these sales still don't seem to be enough. But I also won't underestimate Barcelona even though they probably won't make a big transfer this time. Maybe competing with Real Madrid next season will indeed be very difficult. But at least I believe Barcelona will still be in the ranks of clubs that get tickets to the UCL.

Real Madrid is really in their best condition at the moment if you look at the squad they have. Oh yes, Joselu, who was offered a 1 year contract extension, apparently chose to leave Real Madrid for a club from Qatar, namely Al-Gharafa SC. And the steps taken by Joselu are very reasonable because his job at Real Madrid seems to have finished after Mbappe arrived there.
