Your statements are self contradictory. You are saying that USA cannot pay the debt and at the same time you are saying to buy US dollar. How does that work?
Also it is not a matter for USA to start printing more money. USA economy is mostly backed by war. They will be quick enough to find a new scapegoat in middle East and attack them to obtain more oil for their reserve.
If nothing works, they will simply increase the debt cealing. There are many ways available to the governments. So nothing is going to change drastically.
