I don't know how much of your money is still stored there and how much truth there is about the problem you are complaining about. The wise move is to contact their new support - you can also post your complaint on their ANN thread.
CSFBC is their new representative - try PMing him and complaining about your problem with him. I hope you will get back what is rightfully yours - but keeping money in a casino in the long term is a bad choice.
