I've been thinking a lot about my productivity lately and how time management plays a huge role. We all have the same 24 hours, but some people seem to get more done, right? I have been working on improving in this area for a couple of months. I wanted to share a few strategies that have worked for me and see what you all think.

Every morning, I jot down the top three things I need to get done. These are my must-dos, which help me stay focused on what's really important and avoid getting sidetracked by less critical stuff. Time blocking has also been helpful. I break my day into chunks and assign specific tasks to each block. For example, 9-11 AM is for deep work like writing or planning, and 2-3 PM is for meetings. Although this method is not always possible to implement, as sometimes urgent matters require my attention, or the meeting time doesn't work for the other person (a client or a colleague).

Contrary to common belief, taking short breaks can significantly enhance productivity, at least this is the case for me. I use the Pomodoro Technique, which involves 25 minutes of focused work and a 5-minute break. I feel this method keeps my mind fresh and prevents burnout, allowing me to make the most of my working time. What strategies do you use for time management? Have they improved your productivity?
