I think Hansi Flick is right person to help Barcelona succeed again. Even though club is struggling financially Flick is good at getting best out of his players and finding new talent. He will build on what Xavi started and bring new ideas like using young players from the La Masia academy. It may take time to win league or do well in Champions League but Flick experience can help Barcelona overcome their problems and achieve success. With little luck and Flick guidance Barcelona can surprise people and start winning again.
Well maybe that's true. And although the depth of Barcelona's squad in the coming season may not be as good as that of its rival, Real Madrid, at least if Hansi Flick can utilize all the potential in the Barcelona squad then it can still produce a good performance from Barcelona. We have to remember how Michel Sanchez made Girona compete for the title in Laliga last season. Even though we know that Girona does not have sufficient squad depth to compete with Barcelona and Real Madrid. But Michel Sanchez made Girona look like they had the perfect squad depth that even beat Barcelona in one match. So what I hope from Hansi Flick is that the new Barcelona coach will also be able to do something extraordinary like what Michel Sanchez did at Girona.
