1. Conclusion of Agreement on Agency Receipt
The Rehabilitation Trustee conveyed to Kraken your intention to subscribe to an agency receipt agreement indicated on the MTGOX Online Rehabilitation Claim Filing System (i.e., the system accessible via https://claims.mtgox.com/; “System”), and Kraken accepted such intention on July 3, 2024. Accordingly, an agency receipt agreement has been concluded between you and Kraken as of the same date.
2. Repayment in BTC/BCH
The Rehabilitation Trustee will now proceed to transfer BTC/BCH to Kraken Upon the completion of such transfer, the repayment will take effect pursuant to the Rehabilitation Plan. Subsequently, Kraken will credit the repaid amount of BTC/BCH to your account balance. However, please note that you may be unable to receive repayment in BTC/BCH if your account becomes disabled or frozen in the future.
