If Napoli loses Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia both this summer then I will have second thoughts about them even though they have Conte now. Because this would mean a huge power loss in the attacking line.

Let's say this happened. Then they should leave it to Conte to find the right players to fill their places. Napoli needs to be careful with maintaining squad quality. They already won a Serie A title with the current one and they wouldn't like to make big changes in it too.
For now I still see Inter at top being far away from the others. I feel like Napoli and Juventus will be more competitive. I hope to see the same from Milan and Roma too. Especially Roma considering how much they have struggled for top four in the recent years.
That wouldn't be a good idea, I don't even see Napoli making such a big mistake again after what they've faced last season. They have a sound manager right now, they'll have to ready the best deals so as to keep Khivicha Kvaratskhelia. As for the Nigerian International ( Victor Oshime ), I don't see them retaining him, though if you ask me, this is what I've always wanted seen no club has made a good move for him.
Antonio Conte must have told the club who he would love to work with, right now we will have to be on pause to see what happens at the end of it all
I would love the move of Victor Oshime to Chelsea but they don't even have such plans. If Arsenal can get him, then, they have all it takes to win the Premier League Competition because I have seen the improvements they'll also be making with the defense.
What I see for next season is Antonio Conte and Napoli winning the Scudetto League Competition next season. Some changes are obviously seen from what was utilized by Spalletti to win the tittle that season.
Although Lukaku is not suitable for the long term. But getting Lukaku after selling Osimhen could indeed be quite an effective move. Because there is no need to question Lukaku's quality in Serie A. He has experience at Inter Milan and at Roma and the results are always good. He has always been the player who contributed the most to his team in Serie A. And this is different from Lukaku at Chelsea, who was not as good as when he was in Serie A. So Chelsea really wanted to let him go and even continued to loan him to other teams because Lukaku was not suitable for the EPL. .
Napoli are currently still trying to release Osimhen and Conte understands the situation so he does not comment much on this issue because he understands that there is an agreement that has been made between Osimhen and the club which means that Osimhen will be released in the current transfer window if there is a club who are interested.
It does seem like Lukaku is more into this style of play in Serie A, it has been proven that he can perform better when defending a Serie A team than an English League team for example. So when he goes to another Serie A team, he won't have much difficulty adapting, in this case Napoli. However, I don't yet know the extent of the closeness or process that Napoli has carried out to bring in Lukaku, because they also have to pay a high price to Chelsea, who is still the team that owns Lukaku.
The situation is complicated for Napoli and Osimhen, because what I know is that they are currently having difficulty finding a team that is willing to pay the price they want. Even though recently there have been rumors that they are willing to negotiate and sell Osimhen below the price they want, there is no team that is really serious about it at the moment.
Why is it difficult for Chelsea and Napoli to do a swap deal between the names Victor Oshime and Romelu Lukaku? Since Antonio Conte wants to reunite with Romelu Lukaku and Chelsea obviously needs a striker who can give them goals, why is it taking so long fir them to come to a conclusion about this already? Could it be that the Euros delayed most of the decisions they want to make.
Anyways, Napoli must have done their second signing. I don't think I have a good details about them. Lol, we'll see how good they're during the new season.
