Make a review of the thread with the reward, Is that considered to paid review? Usually in Bitcointalk, we restrict to the kind of these campaigns while users are required to make some word reviews in the thread. I mean, If you want to make a review thread perhaps you should take the review into the campaign or promotion thread not into the thread (ANN) casino.
Otherwise, your thread can be deleted due to breaking the forum rules. Might be wise to discuss these promotion with @Hhampuzz to find a better smooth promotion.
To be specific, I'm referring to "Post in this thread for free x". That belongs in Games and Rounds. Though it isn't limited to that, in general you shouldn't be giving people incentives to post in your thread, it's disruptive to actual discussion.
