Despite Kompany is not an experienced manager so far, I have a little confidence that he will do well because he has quality players at his side currently in bayern Munich. Many people are judging Kompany only based on his last performance in the Premier League and how Burnley was relegated, but many have forgotten that he was the manager who promoted them to the Premier League. I don't think it is fair enough to judge Vincent Kompany's coaching performance because he failed to help Burnley to get better in the Premier League, firstly Kompany was a good football player during his time and watching player countless times can bet that he was a great player in his time. Kompany helped Burnley to gain promotion in the EPL but you don't expect him to push the team to winning trophies or becoming much better with the level of players in the team. That he failed to help Burnley to get better in EPL can't make him not to do better with Bayern Munich in Germany with the level of players in the team.
I had so much doubts in win when he got the offer but I believe the management of Bayern Munich knows the reason why they made him the coach of the team and who knows if he's going to get better in his coaching performance and help the team to also get better just like Xabi Alonso and Bayer Leverkusen.
