Chelsea really didn't play around in transfers this season, they spent a lot of money to buy new players and also a new coach, if Chelsea are not able to finish in the top 3 next season then they will be very unlucky imo

Chelsea needs to do better in every competition they anticipate because to remain strong enough comes with sacrifices and tasks to accomplish.
