If Victor Oshimen wants to be sold by the club then he should be sold as soon as possible so that the club can get good money for selling him. Now the star is in good enough form and he has been performing brilliantly for the past few seasons so he now has enough market value.  But the big money his current club has announced to sell him is too much for this player. I don't think any club will want to buy him for 100 million. From what I know about the transfer market, I would say Victor Oshimen is not a €100m player at all. If a club is interested in taking him and his current club wants to sell him, he must lower his market value only if another club is interested in taking him.
Last season wasn't that good for Osimhen and the situation is that Napoli wants to keep him in the team, I think that's why his market value is so high. Now Napoli wants to get 120M for him, this is too much, and then everything will depend on whether Napoli wants to let him go, if they want, the price will decrease, if not, then they will keep it at this level. The thing is also that I don’t see many clubs wanting to buy him, he’s a good forward, but not one for whom teams will fight, at least for the price they want to sell him for.
Osimen was rumored to be leaving the club last season and I also heard that the star is not interested in Napoli which may be a factor behind his poor performances. When a player does not perform for one team with attention, his performance will decrease, in this case both sides are suffering. As Osimen has performed poorly this season compared to last season, his market value has decreased to some extent, while his current club is not performing as expected from him.

I think the amount Napoli have set for this star is too high and should be halved. A maximum of 80 million euros might be the right transfer fee for him but no club in Europe will spend at least 120 million euros to buy this player.
