I did a quick look to both sites but I cant say both are identical from its design/UI/UX, if you think both sites are sister site by how its looks like then there are many other casino with similar design but they are not related to each other.
About odds, I did not check them but I think it is because they may use the same provider which is something usual in the gambling industry IMO.
Anyway, I'm not going to speculate further but if you can find other similarities then you can post it here but I doubt that OP will respond since he is not online for about a month already.
One more thing, jackbit seems to be unable to be honest casino because they do not follow their own terms related to KYC as what you can read in their trust rating.
