But all the same I will keep trying to see if the can gain Access since I did not see any message as related to regional restriction.
Next time when you are trying to check or visit a website and it doesn't work and probably error message then you have to check something from your end before asking the site support team if the error is from them. And the first thing for you to check is the network connection and if your end is navigating the internet very then you can use VPN to check the website if is working or not and if the website is still disturbing and given the error code then it is from the website end.
So they have to check the website from their end. And if there is any restricted country from the site, they used to make mentioned in the website for clarity.
