I'm having multiple issues with the website.

I'm getting a 500 internal server error when I try to access the free spin credit in the promotional email:



When I try to exchange RP for WoF tickets the exchange button changes from bright to dull then does nothing:



If I refresh the page and try again I get a red notification telling me to wait for my previous redemption request to process:



I keep getting bad gateway errors:



The RP I exchanged for WoF tickets above has apparently been lost. I didn't get the WoF spins and the RP wasn't refunded:
