Yes it is correct that it will be still against the rule unless OP change the reward into BTC, if he cant do it then he should move it to maybe "bounties (altcoin)" board.
The altcoin giveaways have no space in the forum. User may receive a temporary ban for participating in on-forum altcoins giveaway. A few many forum members have faced this situation in 2020 who are well known and reputable now. Check this thread:

They haven't mentioned anything about it on the website. Even their ToS is incomplete. And the website seems still in beta mode.
