I don’t think that will happen this time because I am sure the Chelsea management would have learn some lessons in their last two season where they do change managers anyhow without given them enough time to balance the team.

Yes, even though they have to build the team, I think with the players they already have, the manager might do something good next season even though top four might not be sure for them.
