Kompany just needs time and hopefully the supporters and management will be patient to see the process of him bringing Munich into a better team and being able to dominate the Bundesliga again in the next few seasons, because it is impossible for him to make changes to Munich so quickly in one season, everything needs a process and I think the management has decided to bring in Kompany, of course they have a strong reason to give Kompany the opportunity to be able to bring change to Munich, a game that is new and not boring, currently there are lots of talented young coaches, that's the opportunity for Kompany to show his abilities together. Bayern Munich is still in their best form, fans are thinking that they have lose form just because Leverkusen came up with an incredible performance last season to give them a time to think of their dominance in the Bundesliga since Dortmund couldn’t compete with Bayern Munich.Now that Kompany is here to make his own contribution to the team, I think Bayern Munich will regain their standard in the Bundesliga because I don’t think it will be that easy for Alonso and his team to go again next season since almost all the team would have studied them and their patter of play.
The arrival of Vincent Kompany if you ask me is going to help improve the Bayern Munich team because Kompany already have a very experienced team to work with and not an average team he'll have to do a lot of job to pass tactical messages.
Bayer Leverkusen will face a very strong competition from the Bayern Munich next season and I don't think they'll be able to dominate the league like they did last season.
