It's impossible due to the house edge. If patterns in gambling existed, they would be discovered sooner or later by one or another gambler (or even by the AI, as you said), who would share his discovery with the rest of gambling community, so everyone would be reproducing the same pattern and making continuous and certain profit in a frequently basis. As consequence, casinos would start losing money on long run, unable to maintain their businesses alive.
Well there is a clear solution here which is to change the patterns that their customers are noticing. That is why no matter how much pattern you crack, it will be soon enough until you cannot figure it out anymore

These casinos thrive in randomness and will do anything to make sure you do not find a pattern on their games

Changing patterns is not necessary for them as the house edge is already enough for them to win most of the time. Plus, they could limit your bet, so overall, they won't really lose. If we are lucky, we are lucky, but the law of averages means that eventually, we will lose, as games are not designed in our favor. Sometimes we overthink, and I think it's wrong because, in the first place, we already know there's a house edge, and no one can beat the house edge in the long run.
