No, I haven't, and according to what paid2 posted above I don't think that is going to help either.
You may try though... if you contact them there nothing bad can happen...
I also do not doubt the exch service, I believe that there are some justified reasons why they are not responsive in this case. However, a month is probably too long a period to solve the problem. I hope that the delay will not cause NotATether too many problems.
I noticed too that, from time to time, they miss answering some posts here, but I am sure this is not happening due to a willing to do so, but, most likely, they have a lot on their head... I believe they are dealing everyday with demands, emails, questions, suggestions, tickets... and this may be overwhelming at some point... Perhaps they also do not have enough personnel to attend all these in a short amount of time...
But they are running this business for more than a decade now, so they did efforts in maintaining their operations and also keep their users. Perhaps having a bit more patience will help...
