By the way, what will the court do about this?
The story is just a case, nothing sorry about it. A person who cannot control their drinking habits should not go near risky investment unless they sober up.

So you have two things adding up to a disaster recipe, alcohol and gambling, both of which are "bad" - mmkay?
This guy is well know for this drug addictions including cocaine.

Court or no court, the person is at fault here, however they might want to justify their suffering. I hope they can recover what they lost or at least a part of it.
As much as I love to try to show some uncared attitude about this, I still feel for this guy as a human being, but sincerely, I frown at his ways towards the whole episode entirely. I can't decipher how weak people could be in their minds to that extent. Talking about the court help he sorted, the many months in a year when he has been engaging in it with the same style and practices, can't he think of his fault and change his ways ASAP?

He has enough case to answer as a complainant himself and I don't think the court will justify his actions for any reason as an adult doing an adult thing which was bound by terms and conditions, which he also agreed to before gambling and expected the court to vindicate him against the casino. I wish to know where this case ends.
