VfB Stuttgart is a team that I hope can compete again in the Bundesliga next season. Last season, they were unexpectedly able to play well and they managed to become runners up and above Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, which are actually two teams that are always in first and second place every season. However, last season we saw something different in the Bundesliga because there was a new champion and also a new runner up. What happened last season makes us speculate that the competition in the Bundesliga will get even tighter.
Bayern Munich has a new coach, as does Borussia Dormund. Meanwhile, the team that won last season still has the same coach. Usually, if a team has a new coach, they will go through an adaptation process first and that might mean they won't immediately perform very well at the start of the season. If it's like that, then it's an opportunity for other teams.
Who would have thought that Stuttgart would be able to perform well last season, even though they were almost relegated and had to go through a play-off match to return to the Bundesliga. however, Sebastian Hoeness was able to give a surprise, where he led his team to perform well and finish in second place in the Bundesliga. Unfortunately Stuttgart will not be strengthened by several of its mainstay players next season, one of which is Guirassy who is moving to Borussia Dortmund. Several other names are also rumored to be leaving the MHP Arena soon, if so, Sebastian Hoeness must look for equivalent player options so that his team can compete again like last season. Next season Sebastian Hoeness has quite a big challenge, yes they will compete in the Champions League. It's not something easy for Hoeness and his team, because they have a pretty busy schedule next season.
Likewise for Bayern Munich and their new coach, their performance will be highly anticipated next season. but at least, they have quite competitive team depth. the same as Dortmund, but at least under the guidance of Nuri Sahin, Dortmund has brought in several newcomers to make their team much more competitive than the previous season, even though they have not been tested.
As for Leverkusen, Alonso will at least keep his team competitive so they can defend the League title they won previously. Let's see, it looks like next season's Bundesliga will be more competitive and quite exciting to look forward to.
