Yes, there is definitely an issue, but as we mentioned before it's not surprising, we saw it coming months ago.
What's next? who knows.
The instant withdrawals were also affected since several weeks or even months it's not new, I experienced it myself. I think people being able to get instant withdrawal without long manual review are just doing withdrawals for very small amounts they got from the faucet, less than 100k satoshis I guess. But for every customer withdrawing more than 1 mbtc(I guess) he needs to wait a manual confimation from whoever we know, in order to get his funds.
