Looks like the case of Homero vs. Texas is over. Cursory reading suggests $8 million judgement against him and his gang plus permanent injunction from participating in further scams

If I recall correctly he "resigned" some time ago and installed some sort of beast to operate the company. Obviously with him pulling the strings behind the scenes.

It's incredibly everywhere he goes and everything he touches the result is the same. 100% guaranteed with absolute certainty his name will crop up somewhere else down the line for the exact same behavior. It's like he's still addicted to scamming and scheming and thieving even after jail time and constantly losing lawsuits.
