The process will take time. Kompany is my hope. He's capable. He needs support, players, and strategy. Bayern will thereafter win over the Bundesliga. Bigger and better than ever.
Kompany certainly will not waste the opportunity given to him, therefore he needs support from the supporters and he is given the confidence that he will of course do the best to bring Munich to play better next season, at least being able to dominate the Bundesliga again after being thwarted previously by Leverkusen, that's what Why does Munich have a reason to recruit a young coach like Kompany to compete with Leverkusen's Xabi Alonso, even though in terms of ability they are not much different, but Kompany is not a great coach and has a lot of experience, therefore Munich fans and management must be patient to see the results and It will take time for Kompany to give his best for Munich in the new season

Yesterday on this thread, I made an opinion in which I said that the fact that Vincent Kompany's reign as a Burnley manager didn't end well doesn't necessarily mean that he'll not have a successful spell with Bayern Munich and that's because the two clubs aren't in the same category. For Burnley, helped them secure promotion to the English Premier League last two seasons but couldn't help keep them in safety in his first season as an English Premier League manager which I think was caused by the club's average quality players. But in his new club Bayern Munich, Vincent Kompany already have a star studded squad to succeed with.
Yesterday, it was confirmed that Crystal Palace former attacker Micheal Olise have now joined Bayern Munich after his impressive season with the English Premier League club which was another big addition to a squad that possesses some of the best players in the world. Vincent Kompany I strongly believe will excel as a Bayern Munich manager
