However, next season Sevilla will not be in the European league, because they failed to get tickets to go there because of their poor performance last season which meant they were at the bottom of the standings.
Their record in the Europa League is actually quite good, where they are the team that has won the most titles in the Europa League. However, their performance is not very consistent, especially in the domestic league, which is a problem for them.
Now Sevilla must first focus on improving their performance and being able to compete in La Liga, so that next season they can be in European competition again. They are a good team, it's just that they have had problems in the last few seasons.
Sevila struggled through last season, they had their form in a very bad shape and weren't in the right shape to qualify for any other leagues except for their domestic league, the even at some point struggled to be able to stay away from relegation but then they only got to qualify for their domestic league in the new season, getting better and improving in the new season is what we expect of them.
Last season, Sevilla had one of their worst campaigns in recent years as they didn't just reach the quarter finals of any  European competition last season but also failed to finish the league in a position that guarantees their qualification to play in Europe cone next season. For a club that's regarded as the most successful in the history of the Europa League competition, last season was a forgettable one but that isn't the end of the road for Sevilla as they still have a chance of returning to competition they know how to play well if they can finish a good position in the league cone next season. Recently the club and Sergio Ramos reached agreement to part ways just after one season after he returned to his boyhood club which I personally think was short-lived. Hopefully they do better next season because their failure to finish next season outside a UEFA Champions League or Europa League automatic qualification position will make many forget about the club's history in Europe.
