Okay just giving an update but the CSFBC you know the customer service representative has failed to do any goddamn thing about my funds that were stolen way back in April I contacted him on the 17th of June and here we are June 7th and still have not heard crap from them like how long does it take guys can we get our f****** money already you say you value the relationship of your customers will do something about our problem already God you guys suck if any new players are just started playing with freebitco.in heed my warning and stay way away from this website it's going under they suck they won't get back to you if you have a problem and they got inside people that are stealing money pretty sure I don't know for 100% certain but just steer clear of this s*** hole they won't ever help you or get back to you in their emails they suck
It's quite unfortunate but I definitely will have to agree with you with that statement (or accusation rather); that they got some inside people who are stealing customer's money, I mean, it's kind of obviously clear cus; how can one explain the fact that he or she places a withdrawal request on the site, input the correct address where he or she want his or her funds to be sent to, but by some kind of magic, the funds it's processed and sent to a different address entirely.
I don't know, but I really believed that freebitco were up on their toes working tirelessly to fix their issues and gain back their reputation, I believe even more when I learnt that they hired a new customer representative to take care of users from this forum, but seems their issues are way bigger than any of us had imagined, I do sincerely wish them well and hope they scale through this.
