I support that statement, cause I don't see Madrid signing Osimhen after they recently added Mbappé to their team, if Real Madrid wanted Victor Osimhen, they would publicly made mentioned of it but even before they got Joselu on a temporary transfer, they had been long chasing the signature of Mbappé who was eager to join then but had to wait until his contract expires with PSG to make his move to Madrid much easier. Well asides Osimhen's injury record, he's a very good player but Madrid wouldn't consider splashing a heavy amount of money for another Eden Hazard kind of player. Also, Osimhen's release clause is very huge and it's something that would chase away many big clubs from signing him. PSG has the money to splash on Osimhen however they haven't been very serious of securing his signature, currently Chelsea are the front runners of the Osimhen deal and they're doing everything possible to sign him including offering Lukaku to make the deal easier, now it's left for Napoli to consider player plus cash or full payment for Victor Osimhen.
