Maybe theymos is getting old? I have seen several cases in my life of men who did not hesitate to act forcefully in certain cases, and when they get older, the drop in testosterone is noticeable in their behavior.
I don't think theymos personally handles those reports. But by all means, get me a big red Nuke button and I'll do it myself 
It'd be great if you can do that. I reported his threads on technical board, but few of them remain "Unhandled". So I decided to make a reply to give reason moderator to delete it, where it contain many wrong information and invalid links[1].
