Argentina like you rightly have been impressive in the ongoing Copa America competition but one thing I don't expect anyone to say is that Lionel Messi have been at his best in the competition so far. His contributions to the Argentina team have been poor of we all can be sincere to ourselves. Lionel Messi is yet to score in the and was even then one that missed in their last penalty shootout out. Argentina's best player in the tournament so far have been no other than Lautaro Martinez. The Inter Milan striker have been the one with most goal contributions in the tournament as well as his team and I think he should be accorded with his deserved accolades instead of giving it to Messi because he has more global popularity.
