What was the company name of Havelock? I found Havelock Investments Ltd was forcefully dissolved in UK and all remaining assets donated to the crown (but I am unsure if this is the correct company). But I doubt they resided in UK offering unregistered securities, I heard Panama and Hong Kong and such places.

Unsure whatever happened to them, no news articles no nothing.
