M. Salah is indeed the most important player at Liverpool. He contributed the most to Liverpool. But last season we also saw several matches played by Liverpool without Salah. And yes, the results are not much different. It's just that when Salah is around, Liverpool becomes sharper in attacking. But when Salah was injured and he was absent for several weeks,
Mohammed Salah is going no where, he's important and will continue to hit harder spot for improvement. He was the important player for Liverpool during his prime but I guessed he's no longer a priority for the Reds because they can do better without his contribution in the club. The new headcoach, Arne Slot is not Jurgen Klopp that keeps standing hope on his key players, he worked collectively towards accomplishing his goals. We should be patient to witnessed the brilliant results next season.
But we also cannot say with certainty that Salah will not leave for now because after all with the SPL offer last season where Salah was given a special privilege with the benefits of transfers and wages there could be unexpected things happening, especially Liverpool is always surprising in transfers where they always but directly sign players just like what happened to Gakpo and Szoboszlai which could happen to Salah who left without any rumors this season.
Transfers are still pretty quiet right now but once the Euros are over I think it will pick up and there could be a lot of surprises in the coming weeks until the new season starts again.
Given the current situation, anything can still happen but we'll have to stay tuned to see if Salah will stay at Anfield or seek a new adventure.
