If you see someone selling even when the market is getting bearish, then they would have made profits enough for them to maintain the investment status they are holding and not seeing the bear as a loss on them, but instead, they will see it as a time for them to sell more and then try to reinvest then buy again and hold because they believe the market will go more dip and they are taking another second chance advantage of buying, then they will hodl and wait till the market pumps before they sell, maybe this could be their own pattern they use also.
