I don't think they have the luxury of hiring enough employers or to operate in a nice building, but obviously, nothing is a good excuse to keep a client waiting for weeks.

DDoSes happen every now and then.
As a plus, if they are facing also DDoS attacks often, they channel most of their resources to deal with these attacks. The situation is not bright at all, indded, both for them and also for the customers.
