Basically in the Crypto market, especially Bitcoin, as long as we have money and Bitcoin, buying and selling Bitcoin is our own decision. Selling at a low price or selling at a high price is an individual decision, because we don't know the needs of each individual or institution. This is a normal action. Reducing prices is also a normal action for a market if there is a large sale, what we need to do is not panic in dealing with the situation, we can just join in selling and can buy again when the price is below.

The second way is to keep holding Bitcoin and make it a long-term investment.
I totally agree with you when it comes to Bitcoin we are in control of our own decisions to buy or sell. We decide when to sell whether at high or low price based on our own needs and goals. Market goes up and down naturally depending on how much people want to buy or sell. Instead of getting worried we can either sell when everyone else is and buy back in when the price is lower, or hold onto our Bitcoin for the long term. This calm approach helps us make smart choices even when the market is changing fast.
