If you're a gambler and you've been gambling for a long time, this kind of scenario is very disappointing, and that might cause you not to gamble anymore or worse, your friendship as well.

- will you (for the sake of peace, maybe to hide your envy, jealousy) continue to go gambling with that friend? And continue to lose your money?
No.
I will stop gambling if that happens to me, but it's not because my friend is winning and I'm losing, but because I'm losing too much money that can be used in more important things than gambling itself. I'll stop giving my money to these casinos, and I will let him/her gamble at his/her own will
- or will you tell him point clear that you are no longer interested in going to gamble with him? How are you gonna do it so he doesnt suspect that you are not happy with his constant winnings, when you are constantly losing?
I will not tell that I'm no longer interested to go and gamble with him/her. Of course, I'll still gamble with him/her. It's just that, I'll take a rest so that my losses will not grow further more. How will I do it? I guess I'll explain it wholeheartedly that I'll stop gambling because I don't want to lose money no more. Unless your friend gives you money and both of you go there and gamble then there's no problem on it. Just don't use your own money if that happens.

Being happy with somebody's winning is a good thing. I mean I know a relative who constantly winning with his parlays in his E-sports bets (Dota 2), while I'm here losing with my sports bets. Do I hate him? No because our relationship is far more important than what's happening to both of us.
