I don't think of seeing any surprises on who will be the winner but teams that we don't expect can surprise us with their performances and we might see a different club playing the finals with Real Madrid again next season.
Real Madrid are the biggest club in the world, no doubt. They weren’t the best team in Europe last season though even though they won it. Man City were far better than them but Real defended like dogs, got some luck and held out for penalties. Even Dortmund should have been 1 or 2 goals up before Carvajal scored.
No doubt Real will be big contenders again but there will be 4 or 5 other teams at least that can win it. I don’t know what more Mbappe will give Real, he didn’t win the CL with PSG and he had a mediocre Euros with France. He is not on the level of peak Messi or Ronaldo.
