The issue they have is that they are not a "team", like if anyone thinks that City has the best team in the world, or at least in this league, has no idea about football, they have one of the best, but not better than everyone enough to win it four in a row. Why are they dominating then? Because they are a team, and being a team beats anything else in the world. If at all the clubs management can understand from that perspective, they will not have been sacking every manager that comes to coach the team and don’t give them 100% results as they wanted. Building a team is not a days job and it requires a lot of work from both players and coach. If it was the coach that was the problem they would have been better by now. When a manager leaves and another one is replaced, they try their best to be better than the former coach because that’s the only way they can keep their job as the manager.
