Bitcoin is a digital assets which has been used for a means of payment service and all depends on the project management as agreement before the work being stated, which many people that works as freelancers has been testify the good part of it and is more secure and protected in any given location of the country you're working.
not all freelancers will use bitcoin as a means of payment, and they have to make an agreement first so that there are no parties who don't like using bitcoin as their wages, but currently bitcoin is familiar to all people and they already know how much bitcoin is worth Nowadays and on average they are definitely tempted by bitcoin, so for freelance work I am sure I will accept payment using bitcoin.
