Congrats! I remember the day I turned Legendary. Theymos has his little ways of torturing people, it took amazingly long to finally reach it. It really gets to you, not knowing when it's going to happen. You'll know the feeling soon enough At least you're almost there with Merits. I had 0 Merits when I became a Hero Member.
