Well, starting with the part about whether I can give money I'm keeping for DCA in Bitcoin to a family with pressing needs? I will definitely help my family member first, later I can still raise back money to invest in Bitcoin. My family will always come first.

Then as for the part of going to jail or prison because of Bitcoin, I won't do that. I would rather prefer that I leave the country and go to another country that is favorable to Bitcoin.
