I’m not sure the match will reach the penalties, but 90 minutes won’t decide the winner because I’m not even expecting a late goal winner but a late goal equalizer to continue the match into extra time.
Regardless of the fact that England made it to the finals I don't think they are strong enough to stand Spain on Sunday because Spain have been very outstanding all through the tournament so they will be looking forward to winning the finals and claim the glory because when we look at the statistics of Spain and England in the competition, it is clear that Spain has upper hand to England due to the fact that Spain have literally met the teams that were considered as being strong in the competition, Spain have met Italy, Germany and France and they won all which is to show how formidable and strong the team is even during the group stage matches they still won all teams in their group.
