I agree with you. Real Madrid will really be superior in La Liga next season. That's because they managed to get Mbappe and they still have the same squad as this season's squad. Even though Kroos has decided to retire, I think Real Madrid still has other players who can replace him. Young players like Arda Guler could also be an option because he has trained with Kroos. Barcelona is in a financial crisis and no other team is at the same level as Real Madrid. I think we will see La Liga like the Farmers' League for Real Madrid next season.
La Liga is no farmer's league like Ligue One or Bundesliga. Laliga is more competitive than those other two leagues that you mentioned above. If Real Madrid did not win the league then Barcelona will win it. At least there are two clubs that are favorite to win Laliga compared to Bundesliga that it is only Bayern Munich that do win it. Only last season was when Leverkusen won out from them recently.
On the other hand Logue 1 is the worst only PSG is there to win all the time from a long time till date and I don't see it competitive.
