Chelsea management must be patient with the managers since it will have an impact on the player careers and the clubs. They should give Enzo Maresca enough time to avoid losing their players. If any other big club wants to sign them, they will leave because Chelsea did not have the patience that other clubs did.
If Chelsea can’t give their coach time to stabilize, then I think they will just have to keep on changing coaches.
